How to prepare before use

Cleanse your skin — Remove makeup, oils or any products so the device can make good contact.

Apply conductive gel or serum — Many EMS devices require a conductive gel (or a hydrating serum) so current passes safely and smoothly and you avoid “tugging” or discomfort.

Read the manual — Every device is slightly different: number of modes, intensity levels, how long a session should last. (For example: 10-15 minutes, 3-4 times a week)

Start with low intensity — Especially if you’re new to EMS, choose the lowest setting and feel how your skin/muscle responds.
